I brought the vehicle back with the same fuel level that was in it when I got it. I was charged $60 dollars for fuel. I consider this theft and want to dispute this $60. I will never rent from uhaul again and will let others know that they should not use uhaul
Robert B.The truck had the check engine light on, shifted hard (transmission), the brake release cable was broken, and because I had to park on the hill I was charged $20 for gas. This is unacceptable.

This business owner did not tell me that I would pay more to return the vehicle at the agreed time, which was. 30 minutes after he closed on a Saturday at 1:30 PM. Secondly, he charged me $25 due to dust on the drivers side floor from my shoes. I called him to discuss the charges - he's nuts. There are other UHaul places near me, I will never use this one again
