Super friendly and helpful in calling corporate since we had proof the gas level was less than half full and the odometer stated the starting odometer correctly for our trip. Highly recommend The Mailbox Store!
Kendra CNothing. It was pretty simple and convenient to pick up/drop off via the app.
Katie MBe more hands on especially with older customers not used to using apps. Ex, come out and inspect the truck, help with the app upload (we could never get it to upload) Be able to GUARANTEE a truck in advance so the customer can actually plan on its use when needed. The truck was very dirty but ran fine and did well.
