No one on site when I arrived. No one showed up had to hitch the trailer myself. Had to borrow light wire from another trailer

Pretty good drop off location for my move to Yellow Springs compared to much more remote locations.

Charles WThe trailer we rented had a bad connection. The employee at the Ohio location put the trailer on for us. About 3 miles down the road the trailer hitch came off, and the trailer went flying and crashing into our car. This was in a very high traffic area and I have no idea how no one was hurt. Fortunately, there was no damage and a kind Samaritan stopped and helped us put the hitch back on. It was very hard to screw it down so we stopped every hour on the way of a 6-hour trip to retighten it. When we returned the trailer to the site in NC they said it was not a very good hitch. It was a very nerve-racking trip to say the least as we were traveling over the Appalachian mountains on very steep and curvy roads in the night. That said, the people at the Ohio location were extremely nice and waited for us to leave to get the adaptor we needed to hook up the lights even though they were about to close for the day. I don't think they knew what would happen and the person that attached the trailer was not very experienced in putting on the trailer.
