We arrived shortly before another lady who claimed she hand tented the same truck as we did. Her truck number was in fact not the same as the truck that we had, but she was still very persistent that the rental was hers. Fortunately I was able to get my key from the lock box with the help of Doug and we went ahead and took the truck while she was still trying to contact customer service. The lock was difficult to open but with some assistance we were able to get in. The pick up experience was unpleasant overall due to the other patron who was angry about the truck, but the rest of the experience was fine.
