Couldn't even drop the truck off at the location I drove to so I had to drive all the way back. Definitely overcharged compared to the last truck I got just a couple months ago and drove the same distance. Makes zero sense. Couldn't even reach anybody to figure out how to fix anything either.

Dropped off on a Saturday business was open no one to help me
Nicholas SThe trailer I rented was super shaky. Shook the entire truck and completely ruined the brand new hitch we bought just for the move. I was really disappointed in my experience.
