When we checked in to get the trailer, we told the agent that we would be going to rapid city on the other side of the state we took the trailer back loaded. It drove to Rapid City, and found out that the return location was back where we rented the trailer from. We informed the agent and instead of them verifying and changing reservations we were charged well over $500 because we use the wrong drop off location and we were not supposed to take the trailer out of town. I would absolutely not recommend this location whatsoever to rent a trailer from. They had no adapters for lights, no hitches and do not listen to what their customers are saying when they go to rent a trailer.
