While they checked the turn and emergency ligkts, they did not check the tailights for night driving. They did not work. Also, the door would not open for them, but I pressed in the top center and it finally lifted Finally, the attendant was very pleasant and offered to give me a different trailer. When i went in the change the paperwork, she took a real trun and became very unpleasant. It wasn't worth it to me to deterimine why she offered but then changed her mind. I took the trailer with the door problem
