For better service, please check the vehicle carefully upon return. The belt (wheel harness) that goes around the tire was torn halfway. The air conditioner wasn’t working and the U-Haul wasn’t filled up all the way. I will say that Mr. Phillip was very nice and very helpful. He responded to my messages every time I contacted him. I selected above average because of Mr. Phillip responsiveness and willingness to help me.

Gracie OTrailer was delivered back to the proper address after hours. Contacted the management the next day with a screen shot of the front and rear of the trailer. This was to document the trailer number as well as the trailer tag number. The U-Haul rep stated that he would get it checked back in. Everything went very smoothly. Great transaction !!
Thomas EThey could tell you if you are late returning the truck that they charge you for another truck and other items from the previous order. He told me $20 and when I got my receipt I was charged twice. He was nice just really didn't tell the truth about the price for being late.
