Notify them that no one is that location during operating hours and how to get in touch with them. And when a reservation is made, if it cannot be honored get in touch with them to let them know that it cannot be honored and other arrangements need to be made instead of letting them find out when they go to pick up and attempt to get the Uhaul and not be able to get it wasting time, money, and gas along with wear and tear on a vehicle. Lack of communication.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkAwesome guy, would recommend anyone to them. Smooth business
Christopher BThe 800 support representative was very rude and ang hang up on me. The drop zone area says they are open at 8:00 AM but open 20 late after 8:00 AM.
JOSE DIt stormed and my things got soaking wet may be a leak in the haul truck other than that the young man was very helpful and polite made the first time rental very easy
Cathe GVery friendly, accommodating & helpful.
