This wasn't where we requested to drop off our vehicle. The location was fine, but we had to drive an extra fifteen miles to drop off the truck. Very disappointing.

The customer service aspect was phenomenal; the only complaint would be I rented certain equipment and was told I could pick it up at an alternate store which is never ideal for a move and I would’ve appreciated a heads up but other than that.
