I asked for a location in Lacey and was informed that the truck was in Yelm to pick up. I had to drive an hour total out of my way to get the truck in Yelm. When I looked online, it looked like a truck was available in Lacey but it was too late to cancel. I also asked what time the truck was due back in Ferndale on the 31st and was told that there was a key drop off box if it was returned after they closed. I got a call around 10:10 am on the 31st asking where the truck was. We were still unloading and returned the truck around 5 pm. I got charged for an extra day and was not happy about that!

kyle sMy gas was just about 3/4 full and i had to fill it for return as i couldnt estimate how much i needed to put it in. So for 20 miles i had to put about $22 worth of gas in there. Also had food/trash in driver door pocket
