I showed up didn't have my trailer ball hitch and the owner of the store told me where to get one and within 15 minutes I had my van ready to go and he even helped me load the trailer onto the van. I didn't have to do anything. I don't know if that's a normal experience every time, but they were very helpful and they even helped me get signed in to get the trailer. Really great team there seamless process.

Nancy AA bigger sign would be helpful - Drove past the place the first try. But drop off could not have been easier!
PHILIP Hthis was a small location (2 trucks and 2 lockers for 24/7 pickup, NO issues picking up, all was as expected. took a minute to find the key locker but no issue
