They did not have all of the furniture pads I had ordered. They said they were going to adjust my order but they didn’t and I had to make multiple calls to the store and corporate to get a refund after the fact. Please have what I order or at least properly adjust the order so I don’t get overcharged.
Donald BI have never been so humiliated, the cashier didn’t even speak English. I’ve rented with U-Haul in my younger days, it was never this unprofessional. I then got charged for gas that was not at the half tank mark as indicated?! I’ll never use U-Haul again, next time it will be professional movers. Do better, look at who is representing your company!

Demetrios PI showed up didn't have my trailer ball hitch and the owner of the store told me where to get one and within 15 minutes I had my van ready to go and he even helped me load the trailer onto the van. I didn't have to do anything. I don't know if that's a normal experience every time, but they were very helpful and they even helped me get signed in to get the trailer. Really great team there seamless process.
