Did not except to find open; however the proprietor was out moving another unit and I transferred mine to him and was able to left quickly. He was most helpful in that regard.

EDWARD TThe location of the lock box was too hidden. Needed to be more obvious. But, the worst part of the experience was the unlocking experience. The lock was difficult to open and VERY difficult to close, I was injured during my service in the Marines and as a result have serious arthritis and had numerous surgeries on my hands, It took my wife and I both to open and close the lock. I do not care for the Uhaul locations with no attendants but often they are the only close locations with the truck we need. The truck was fine but the pick-up experience was terrible.
