The location of the lock box was too hidden. Needed to be more obvious. But, the worst part of the experience was the unlocking experience. The lock was difficult to open and VERY difficult to close, I was injured during my service in the Marines and as a result have serious arthritis and had numerous surgeries on my hands, It took my wife and I both to open and close the lock. I do not care for the Uhaul locations with no attendants but often they are the only close locations with the truck we need. The truck was fine but the pick-up experience was terrible.

The online app and customer services process was cumbersome and extremely uncomfortable doing it all outside. Of I had known I could have prepared my family for verification calls and taken pictures of my license the night before. Doing all this without prior direction was time consuming and overwhelming. Maybe adding a shed away from the weather conditions and a board telling you what to expect.

I believe having someone at the the pickup location to help you with signing in on the app would be very appreciated. If it wasn't for customers dropping off their U-haul rental trucks and helping me with the mobile app, I would have had to cancel the reservation and that would have messed up my weekend in moving furniture to my son's house.
