I had filled out all the necessary information the day before, credit card information, etc. and they had to ask for everything again the day I picked up the truck. That was frustrating. As well as I declined the $15 insurance fee and through all the confusion, I paid the $15 insurance fee. Perhaps I will just go to Raleigh the next time, This wasn't my best experience!

Did not except to find open; however the proprietor was out moving another unit and I transferred mine to him and was able to left quickly. He was most helpful in that regard.
BRUCE MApp would not allow pictures to pass through delaying my start time. Being my first time it was difficult to understand the process.
