While the location was very small, the AutoTransport was ready and the employee was very helpful. After getting home we realized it was not going to be a enough space for our move. I called this location, and the employee mentioned which locations I could pick up a trailer instead.

Picking up our truck here was a hellish experience. There were no humans there to assist us, and the self check in/QR codes weren’t working. We had to spend almost an hour on the phone with customer service to get in past the gates and get access to the key. A very stressful start to our move.
