No where to park truck on return due to locked gate. Poor wifi for mobile return. This was the worstrental experience I've ever had!

We were rented a truck that leaked but didn't mind due to the fact that we were just using it to haul a couple mattresses to the dump. It was filled with water and debris when we received it but we did not mind. However, we were charged an additional $25 cleaning fee and told that there was "food" all in the vehicle that they had to hire a cleaning company to get out. There was never food in the vehicle at any point. This was simply not true in any way shape or form. Thankfully we noticed the giant gouge down the side of the truck before we left so they didn't try to falsely charge us for that too.
