Everything was good except…I was moved to this location because original location had a truck but no keys. That was good however I had rented a dolly and this one did not have one and original contract was not updated. At the drop off they asked about the dolly missing which needed to explain. Couldn’t see contract on my phone too small so I missed this detail. Pickup was friendly and very helpful.

rod bThe location I returned the uhaul to said I left the uhaul with over a hundred miles more than I did. Luckily, I took a picture of the odometer before I turned it in. It’s really inconvenient for me to be waiting on a refund for an almost $200 charge for miles I didn’t come close to using, especially when living paycheck to paycheck and needing every dollar I have. The person at S&S minimart had no idea what he was doing when I turned the keys over and seemingly had no idea they took uhauls. Overall this whole experience was terrible.
