The store owner has tried to scam me out of my 100.00 cash deposit. By saying I was only getting 24 dollars back by check in the mail.when in fact the 24 dollars was because I paid for more milage than I actually used. I would not reccomend anyone to rent a uhaul from ss mini mart.

Truck smelled like somebody had been SMOKING!!! No dolly or blankets offered No help with reversing the truck out of a crammed parking lot

AARON PEverything was good except…I was moved to this location because original location had a truck but no keys. That was good however I had rented a dolly and this one did not have one and original contract was not updated. At the drop off they asked about the dolly missing which needed to explain. Couldn’t see contract on my phone too small so I missed this detail. Pickup was friendly and very helpful.
