Worst experience ever, when I went to deliver truck, no signs of where to deliver or box called the number but was disconnected next day got charged for fuel a $100 and fuel was more than what they said. It was also try to call to speak about this matter, and no answer with the line that was given numbers still out of service. Have not received any kind of contact. Will not use them again. They are the biggest scam should not be A UHaul dealer.

Make sure that hours of operation are accurate. Pickup process was frustrating and confusing. Wasted almost an hour trying to figure out how to pickup the truck because the store was closed.

ROBERT BThe trailer I rented . No body nows how to hook up a trailer . Except me . Checked the lugs , tire pressure , how old the tires are , didn't mess with the brakes . Long story short it was all wrong . Same with safety chains ish . It's was long plastic metal chord s What would happen if the hitch got lose . Immediate destruction . Time , money ,energy and cost . Cross your chains . Life is life ! They said it was 45 for a dolly it turned out to be 65 scam artist .
