The location was in the boon docks , however the folks running the franchise were kind, friendly, and most helpful. I will admit that it is the most unique U-Haul franchise I ever encountered but I have nothing but high praise for Angel and Elouisa that run the shop. There help made my efforts a success. On behalf of my family and myself many thanks to all of you.
ROBERT BThe trailer I rented . No body nows how to hook up a trailer . Except me . Checked the lugs , tire pressure , how old the tires are , didn't mess with the brakes . Long story short it was all wrong . Same with safety chains ish . It's was long plastic metal chord s What would happen if the hitch got lose . Immediate destruction . Time , money ,energy and cost . Cross your chains . Life is life ! They said it was 45 for a dolly it turned out to be 65 scam artist .
Keith MLocation refused to give cash refund even though that is what was promised by other location; it has been almost a week and still have not received refund.
Juan LTo inform them this location is in a very dark place where they have coyoties. Women should not go to this location with a man. Make sure the locks to get the key are easier to open
