There was no furniture dollie that I requested. There was no fuel in the truck I had to add fuel first in order to keep from running out. Poor experience.
BRIAN TReserved a one way trailer to move stuff from Ca to Arizona at U haul Cathedral City Ca. Got there at the reserved pick up time and no trailer.... U haul said this is a "preferred" pick up location??? What! We have people waiting to load and no trailer. We asked the U haul guy at Cat City what do we do now? He smirked, shrugged his shoulders and said I don't know. We had to go two hours out of our way to find one. Our "reservation" doubled from$150 to $300 as u haul would not honor our online reservation and quote. Our help had to leave, we had to get a motel and load by ourselves the next day. We complained and u haul gave us 50 bucks. We complained again and u haul gave us another 50 bucks and said this issue is closed. Don't use u haul online "reservation" system as per U Haul it is NOT A RESERVATION.... We could not find anyone at U haul, in person, online or on the phone that cared about us or our situation. We cannot recommend U haul and will look elsewhere for our rental needs in the future.

JOSHUA BThe location is wrong to begin with. I returned the truck to the one on Ramon in CC. The clerk said to leave the key and I am good to go. I then found a charge for $57 + tax. For “wrong drop off location. As seen on the above is NOT where I dropped it off! I need the charge reversed. Now.
