Had to fight with customer service to return my truck the youhaul dealers phone was disconnected they were supposed to be open but the doors were locked no help with customer service you app will not work had to spend hours on the phone to make the return your service has really went down disappointed

I was disappointed I could not pick up the truck at the Yucca Valley location on Hwy 62 as requested. But the people in Flamingo Heights were pleasant. The check-in process took longer than expected, though.

Melinda TWorst experience ever, when I went to deliver truck, no signs of where to deliver or box called the number but was disconnected next day got charged for fuel a $100 and fuel was more than what they said. It was also try to call to speak about this matter, and no answer with the line that was given numbers still out of service. Have not received any kind of contact. Will not use them again. They are the biggest scam should not be A UHaul dealer.
Venessa GMake sure that hours of operation are accurate. Pickup process was frustrating and confusing. Wasted almost an hour trying to figure out how to pickup the truck because the store was closed.
