Pick up location different than location that i reserved it at , then I get to that location and they dont have the truck after a runaround we find the truck its not clean or full of fuel , and not there fault but the road to get there was closed. And then I have to go to another location to get the trailer .

JAMES SNo customer service. Did everything on the U- Haul app time consuming. It was 110 in the heat taking pictures for the app. Instead of unheching the trailer and leaving. Your out taking pictures in the heat.
