When I dropped off the trailer. The worker was outside working on a lawn mower. He would not help to return the trailer. They called me the next day saying that I had not returned the trailer. She had to go to the lot to find the trailer. Very unprofessional.

U-Haul moved my reservation from a clean safe location in Baton Rouge (where I booked it) to this junk yard in the 'hood which was over 40 minutes away from where I booked it. The rating is only this good because of how friendly the people were, U-Haul itself would get a 1.
