aubrey cThere was a problem upon me renting my uhaul because the attendant put that I wanted a 20 ft instead of a 15ft. The attendant tried to fix his mistake but received a call from the uhaul supervisor Alex Bolden who was extremely rude and took the truck I needed and assigned it to another customer after my rental was corrected. He was very aggressive and was not accommodating for his behavior on the phone with me and the attendant. The customer arrived during my transaction and offered to switch the unit because she felt bad about Uhauls mistake. I will never use uhaul again because of Alex.
