Absolute insanity. U-Haul.com tells me it’s one price, get there and guy ends up charging me $188 more than I was supposed to pay. Tried to call customer service and they said it’s “up to them” and there’s nothing they can do. Owner decides how much I pay, not the pre-established agreement I had through the reservation. Whole thing was slimy, shady, under the table, and really messed us up. $188 is nothing to scoff at and it’s a huge hit for some. This location does not need to be operated by these criminals. Clean house, I say. Extremely dissatisfied and please refund me?

The location is dated and more of a mechanic shop than anything else. The owner was helpful. Easy return process.
