Reserved a trailer and showed up. Realized I probably should get the next size up to fit everything in. Online at the time I reserved it the trailer was only $20-$40 more. Well they charged me $200 more. I knew it was going to be more but that was more then I thought. They had 3 of them trailers sitting there so that shouldn't have an issue.

Steven AThe ramp comes completely out and falls when you take it out and so it smashed my foot
CASSANDRA BThe app wasn't straightforward for returning the truck. I started taking the photos it asked for, which weren't clear from the descriptions, so I clicked on the question mark icon that explained it, then I understood, but it wasn't clear how to return to that point in the app. When I did get back in, I was already checked out, and it neither let me add the photos it had been requesting, nor told me where to put the keys. The online chat did get me that information, but that took a while.
