Had to drive over an hour to get the trailer when there are multiple locations within 20 miles of my residence.
Kent M.Ensure your rental is available at the location you reserved it. I reserved mine in St. Cloud and had to drive 30 miles to pick it up where it was actually available. Nothing against the Zimmerman location. They were great but disappointed that reservation at St. Cloud was not available, and I wasn't notified until 2 days before pick up that this was the case.
Jeremy K.I was not given the equipment I ordered and I was told it would be refunded but has not shown in my bill yet. They also said they would not charge me for the mileage difference from the requested pickup from the actual pick up
