Have a person who can fill in the position, while the main person is on lunch, I called prior to the pickup of my vehicle, but the person who handled uhaul rentals was not available and the person who answered the phone could not help me, and when I got to the pickup location he was on lunch, and no one else could help me so I had to wait for his lunch break to be over to start my move.
