The location was part of a grocery store , and the staff did not know how to handle u haul , pick up. They didn't know how to attach the u haul trailer to the truck.

The box on the truck was leaking somewhere. The entire floor was wet, and never was dry the entire time we had it.
TIMOTHY EI would recommend this site when they get their act together. Upon arrival to pick up my reserved truck, I was met with blank stares, because there was no staff on site who would normally serve U-Haul customers. The store manager got involved and placed a call to a U-Haul rep who was able to talk the manager through the checkout process and get me on my way. also Now let's talk about the after normal business hours returning truck process. Your procedure states if I don't have the U-Haul mobile app to complete the return, I'm to go to u-haul.com/ share which i did as soon as I got home to my computer. First step: Before leaving site " do this and that, take picture of this and that, and upload to U-Haul through your mobile app that you don't have. Fortunately, my return went through without a hitch the next day. Still appreciate your product, but before I use this site again. I will be paying a visit prior to making my reservation online.
joseph cThe App process is not easy to navigate through. An older person or Hispanic person may have a real hard time. Mine wasn't very easy.
