the staff at the gas station know nothing about uhaul renting they just say call the number on the form or go online and tell them i dropped it off

Troy KThe gas bar attendant had little or no knowledge of U-Haul pick up process. Had me call U-Haul support to walk me through the process to be able to pick up the trailer I reserved. Took longer than it should have.
