My overall experience with u haul was poor. They sent me to a place to pick up the truck and no one was there to give me the keys. I got on the phone and called u haul, was on the phone for more than a half hour talked to 3 different people. They finally figured out that on their map I was 1800 miles from where I was. They finally figured out that there was a truck for me to rent 10 miles away and did not open until 11. It was 10 at that time. So I drove slowly. That is one way to screw up a Sunday morning
