ANDREA RThe locations was neat and Van/truck was parked in front and easy to get to. Drop box right in front of van, so that was nice. But the truck had some mud residue/scrapes on floor when picked up. Very light colored mud, just like in parking lot to the side where all others are parked, so I'm guessing it came from parking lot. Not really that bad, but just enough that I was worried dropping the truck off that someone might think I left it dirty. Also, transmission was slipping if taking a corner at speed. Had to make sure you cornered slow, or it would slip again. Not horrible but probably needs transmission fluid, so probably not checked in advance. Location was okay, but not great. Seemed like rough part of town, but that is better than on far side of town.
