To the drop off locations defense, they did have a death in the family so we’re suppose to be closed. I received a text after I dropped off equipment and was told this and was given an alternate site. This message was too late.
SANDRA GI had to wait for another an hour to pick up this trailer because the location was closed. The u haul center tried to make me drive another 100 miles to get a trailer. Then the owner showed up on his own to get me going. What a total mess.
