Initially charged me extra even though I had brought both the U-Haul truck and car trailer back before my 4-day limit. Had to call back to correct this.

Ramon SDamage on the unit was not noted. I had to take pictures to make sure I was not responsible for it when turned in. There is only one computer in the store for people to checkout. It creates long lines during check-in on busy weekends. I had to wait about 30 minutes past my pickup time to complete the check-in process that was previously done online.
