Damage on the unit was not noted. I had to take pictures to make sure I was not responsible for it when turned in. There is only one computer in the store for people to checkout. It creates long lines during check-in on busy weekends. I had to wait about 30 minutes past my pickup time to complete the check-in process that was previously done online.
Jeffrey BThe people at the pickup location was nice. But they were not expecting me. It was only lucky they had a pickup available (which had just been returned). The CARGO VAN I actually reserved (prior 2 weeks) was not available because that person decided to keep it longer. U-Haul should not have agreed to that unless they had another one available. If a renter does return the equipment when their time is up, it’s called theft. Call the police and track it down. Renters should OVERESTIMATE the needed time. My reservation was changed twice because of the inconsiderate and the failure of UHaul to enforce their own policies.
