To the drop off locations defense, they did have a death in the family so we’re suppose to be closed. I received a text after I dropped off equipment and was told this and was given an alternate site. This message was too late.

I had to wait for another an hour to pick up this trailer because the location was closed. The u haul center tried to make me drive another 100 miles to get a trailer. Then the owner showed up on his own to get me going. What a total mess.
