I had a 10:00am appointment for pickup. I showed up at 9 :00!am, to find the place closed, I called numerous times, received no answer. I left come back at 10:00am, the place still closed, I called again numerous times, received an answer at 10:15am, she said she saw me in the parking lot and would be right there. 30 minutes later she showed up and it still took another hour to get the transaction completed.Very nice lady, but I don’t recommend her.

Difficult to reach the date of pickup. Phone was not working
Michael GInitially charged me extra even though I had brought both the U-Haul truck and car trailer back before my 4-day limit. Had to call back to correct this.
