It was nice to have a person to help us with the rental process. She was extremely friendly and helpful, and apologetic when we couldn’t find our assigned truck. No big deal, it was merely parked in a different lot. Incidentally, we panicked when we couldn’t find the truck keys after the truck was all packed up. I called the office, she said there are NO SPARE KEYS. That doesn’t sound responsible. Luckily we found them 20 minutes later in our house. “Phew!”
