Huge sign needed over key drop slot in building that says UHAUL KEY RETURN. PARK TRUCK NEXT DOOR IN BACK. It needs to be visible from road. A small sign on front door is all the tells you what to do after hours. We didn't know what to do or where to park on a Sunday. We weren't sure we were in the right place since you park behind a ballet company and return keys in the side of a storage company. Super confusing for exhausted people driving a huge truck in a strange place without a lot big enough to pull into. Very nice people who called later though. PLEASE GET A BIG SIGN!!
