The process was super slow took 50 mins to check out our trailer. Then when we returned it we couldn’t get a receipt for the return. The system was not responding. We finally got our return receipt. I would not recommend anyone going to Ace Hardware to rent a U-Haul. I suggest going to a U-Haul facility.
