ALBERTO MStaff at ACE hardware I believe that she deliberately left the hitch unsecured after I pointed that one component should perhaps be tightened. She said it ok like that. On the freeway the trailer came lose and nearly flipped my vehicle over and it caused significant damage to my vehicle. I learned from assistant manager at ACE hardware that it was her last day when she helped me and that she knew perfectly well how to secure trailers. She put my life and the life of others on the road at risk
BERNABE HThe truck's floor needed to be cleaned before I rented it. It had something like hydraulic oil all over the floor. I had no way to clean while moving. It dirtied some of my furniture. Please check floor between rentals
