The equipment was well maintained. Inside of the cab of the truck wasn't awful, but also not the cleanest, it appeared that someone had spilled something in the cupholders and did not clean it up. My biggest complaint is that it is clearly posted on the hand Dolly that is mounted inside the box of the truck daily rental $7.00 I do not understand why I was charged $10 for them? If you have the cost posted for something then your company should abide by that. Not increase it on the customer's invoice.

There was no personal
Victor EI specifically selected a U-Haul pick up location so I could speak to people and ask questions however my reservation was changed the day I was supposed to pick up at 6 in the morning, it took me over an hour to pick up the truck because the place just happened to be somewhere I didn’t have cell service so it took forever to even get through the gate and then once I got through the gate I had to leave and do it all over again because the lockbox for the vehicle keys is on the outside of the gate. The truck and location I was rerouted too also didn’t have the dolly or furniture pads I requested so I still had to drive to a different U-Haul location. The truck needed an alignment horribly, had a hole in the floor on the back, and felt like it was struggling to start and drive the entire trip.

ROBERT LAgain location is fine. The process of returning it was a nightmare. I was long gone when the pictures loaded and the. It asked for another. Needless to say I did not get it..
