There were no personnel at the drop off location when we dropped the truck off as it was an we dropped off, but the next day we talked to a representative by phone to confirm the drop off transaction and he was helpful.
WILLIAM WI was charged a cleaning fee which was not necessary. The truck was returned in the same cleanliness as I received it.
