You didn’t give me the equipment I requested. I specifically requested a hand truck, confirmed with your company over the phone that I wanted a hand truck, was CHARGED for a hand truck, and didn’t receive a hand truck. Completely unacceptable. Further, there was no immediate recourse to remedy the situation. There was nobody stationed at the location; the chat bot had a 31 minute wait; and the scheduled call back option had its first free time at 7:15am two days from now. You run a scam in which it’s an afterthought if the customer gets what they want, if you even care to think about them at all.

In person service cost 40% more than booking online. Kind of rediculous.
KORY KThe truck key was stuffed into the lock box and wedged-in (because of the size of the key fob) such that I had to work it out using a small multi-tool I luckily was carrying. Had to struggle with that for about 20 minutes to get the key.
John DGate locked...spent over 30 minutes trying to fulfill my reservation in the rain. Lock to obtain key rusted shut. Truck was dirty from previous rental. Terrible experience.
