The app process for contact less pickup and drop off is horrible. This process took over an hour and I kept having issues of things not uploading. I would never recommend this service to anyone.
Mark KI left the gas tank full, so I put it above the half way mark for the next person. I don’t know if that gives me a discount.
JOHN IFirst of all, I was extremely frustrated to have to go to three separate U-Haul sites to pick up a truck, two furniture Dollie’s, and a hand cart, which were reserved weeks in advance. This cost me two hours of valuable time and over 100 miles in gas.
