I lost my keys to my uhaul I call uhaul and let them know ok thay say make a police report now today I find out that they came to my job towed the van without telling me and im wondering who took it while communicating with the uhaul guy and he won't tell me nothing so no dont rent from uhaul they on bs

The only reason I did not rate the location excellent was because when I just started the vehicle, the windshield washer fluid was low (and it was a snowy day in which a dirty windshield was a hazard on the highway) and the low tire pressure indicator was on. One tire was slightly low.

RUSSELL RThe truck was extremely dirty during pickup. Its window was left open and had snow inside the seats and cabin. Cleaning the truck took an hour and ate away my reservation time. The truck brakes were not in optimal condition and were an accident hazard.
