Trucks alignment was quite off wheel had to be held to the right to remain straight every other aspect was very nice

This location had more than one trailer in the size I needed (largest) and had moving blankets for rent, which I used to pad my cargo. The staff at Barnett Automotive was friendly, knowledgeable and punctual. They even hooked up the trailer to my car for me. Next time I need a U-Haul, I plan to rent from this location again.
CHARLES JMudholed driveway - I had to drive on the grass to get in. The place is dirty and junky. I only had 1 bump cell service down in the hole where the building sits (AT&T) and VERY poor lighting. Dismal location. The truck only had 80,000 miles but it handles and drives like 400k rattles and “drift” steering. This was a lousy experience.
