CHRISTINA KTruck was parked away from the building with a placard in the window like no one was coming. Floorboards were dirty. There is an indicator light of a low tire, so I stopped twice to check the tires. Later was told it is a faulty sensor. That would have been good to know. Would not rent here again.
jana pParking lot was dirt, flooded and holes. Hard to maneuver. I had contactless order so I didn’t speak with anyone.
Heather MThe equipment were returned, the next day unfortunately I vas receiving calls. Looks like the follow-up has some issues. Falls church location did not realize that I dropped off the trailer since Sunday and u- haul keep calling me. I used the app the dropped off day to return the trailer.
