shelley lThe manager left early and there and the gates were locked, called the phone number got the maintenance person who then called the manager and then instructed the maintenance person to let us in. This whole process took about an hour which really was not a good experience after driving for 3 days
Strelive BExcellent customer service, unlike other uhaul branches, keeps the promise of booking. I was confused with fuel credit milage so didn't expect that credit, but actually it turns out I got credit since they read my fuel level and applied the rule as promised. Great service overall , and will use this branch again if I need, worth traveling from Chilliwack for the quality of service.
