Give people what they book to them when it is time to use the thing. Confused? Here you go: On a Saturday, I booked a 10 footer for the following Saturday. I got a call on Thursday saying that I couldn't have the 10 footer, and would have to go to Chilliwack/elsewhere to get the 10 that I booked. Not convenient, not helpful.
