The inside of the U-Haul was filthy! Also, we were overcharged. I called and the correction was NOT made to the final charge from our account.

Charging customers for days they not using the Uhaul need change.
ALICE OPicked up at night. Very bad lighting. No key in 3 lock boxes. Numerous calls to Customer Support. Strong smell of what seemed like weed. Don’t bring wife and kids here. Eventually got a key from the drop box. Truck had less than a 1/4 tank of fuel. Truck was parked on a very steep grass incline. Hard to get into the truck. U-Haul, You can do better.
