The workers and employees were fine. The location is not a good location for picking up a 26’ truck and auto transport. First thing upon getting just the truck home, I found ants at the cargo door. I luckily had spray and sprayed them and air blowed the rear door. I went back after loading to get the auto transport and was given a banged up auto transport. We had to force the driver exit on the auto transport wheels off because it was banged in from a prior accident I suppose. Upon driving away from my home in north Augusta I discovered ants in the cab area. I promptly called to complain and got a uhaul employee who told me I would be compensated. No follow up from uhaul on this first of many complaints. Also this was the third location chosen for me because the one I initially chose didn’t want to give up a one way transport truck. I know this because I called the location directly to confirm after getting the run around about location from the scheduling office the day before pick up. The scheduling office informed me they would increase my mileage by 45 to compensate but it never made it to my account. No one on either end knew- pick up or drop off. I want a full refund - more comments below.

Tasia JThere was no one there but the guys cleaning cars. It wasn’t clear where to park to not interrupt the car cleaning business. The app gave instructions but no way to indicate the truck and supplies were returned. The truck was returned Monday June 22@1:30pm and today I get a bill for being two days late returning the truck when I called Customer Service yesterday at 6:30pm asking why my rental hadn't been closed yet. There is no way I would recommend this location.
Rodney WGentleman that assisted me in uncoupling our trailer worked hard to get it to level spot which allowed us to disconnect the unit and be on our way It was pouring and he got soaked but never complained - he made the end our trip a pleasure and needs to be recognized by U-Haul!
