I felt like I paid WAY too much money based on the quality of the truck I rented. The tire pressure light was on, the ac didn’t work properly, the cab doors didn’t want to shut all the way unless we slammed the doors, and the back area was NOT CLEAN when I picked it up.

sandra cThe lady running the car wash that "own" this location completely lacks customer service skills by keeping me waiting over 15 mins to pickup while she sat in her car on her phone. Upon my return 2 hours later, she was out running other errands and said she would be back in 5 mins. After 20 mins, I left. I will likely rent for U-Haul again; but, not at this location.
THOMAS HI reserved an appliance dolly over 2 weeks prior to getting the truck to move several freezers and 6 refrigerators but was told that morning that no dolly was available. Not very happy with u-haul or that dealer!!’
