Picked up at night. Very bad lighting. No key in 3 lock boxes. Numerous calls to Customer Support. Strong smell of what seemed like weed. Don’t bring wife and kids here. Eventually got a key from the drop box. Truck had less than a 1/4 tank of fuel. Truck was parked on a very steep grass incline. Hard to get into the truck. U-Haul, You can do better.
