I was charged $231 for a rental that should have only been $49. I called and the person said they would fix, but as of now it is not fixed.

Ted AThis dealer itself was awesome. The only thing is this is the second time using the Uhaul app that I did not get what I reserved. If something isn’t available then Uahaul should call the customer and warn them so they aren’t racing to make something happen. Luckily the guy at A to Z rentals hooked me up. I probably won’t use uhaul again because of this.
JESSE WPicked up the UHaul and trailer at 7:30 am, and the A to Z team already had the truck warming up and trailer attached.
