I ended up burning the fuse for my flashers on my car du likely to a short circuit in the trailer lights. After having paid myself to get the fuse changed it is find now. This caused that I had no flasher ( security hasard) on the trailer for the last third of our trip. Much more stress than required was caused du to the fact there were no flasher.

Car wasn’t ready. Received a car that wasn’t full with gas and was not cleaned. Was charged for gas when we filled up. Asked for a refund but charged an extra $119 to my account. Overall a poor service was given.

Lot was crowded so when I returned the trailer afterhours there was minimal room to manouver our rental into only available space. Someone who has minimal trailer skills may have been in great difficulty.

I feel bad to tell about expeeiencing Terrible service at the Uhaul Facility. At the time of returning the vehicle. I was told by one of the staff to leave the key with vehicle and he will do the necessary return procedure. But he was pushy and in rush and that made me to locked the key inside the vehicle. The supervisor instead of taking cate if the situation in a professional manner, started saying how come u locked the key inside the vehicle. we had no extra key, we need to call locksmith, you need to cover the locksmith charges. Bottom line was not helpful at all. I have rented vehicles with different franchises in past and never experienced such below average service like this. I donot understand how come a rental facility doesnot have a spare key, If they dont they should have informed me about the same at the time if rental. I reserved a 26' truck about two weeks in advance at the Queen St. location 8 am (Etobicoke) reservation # 23047962. The day before pickup I get a text message that the 26' truck is not available there and I have to pick it up at the Kingston Rd. location 3:15 pm (far side of Scarburough). About 5 min before arriving I get a call telling me that the truck is not available there either and that I have to go all the way to Ajax to pick up a 20' truck as there is no 26' truck. Is this what Uhaul describes as good service?

Booking a trailer on the phone is the most terrible experience. People should be able to book a trailer without a credit card. You should be able to tell a customer if the equipment requested is available or not without having to use a credit card. Terrible service to confirm. The in-store service was great. Telephone and online service is terrible. Calls shouldn't be bumped from the local store in Canada to the US switchboard

I am very concern about the movers (Kyle) that I was referred by Uhaul as he arrived late, brought their 6 or 7 year old son to assist with the move, came unprepared, made significant damaged in the house and then left. When asked what he was going to he said that he was leaving and told me to sue him. Furthermore the person smelled like beer. I am very concern and would appreciate to hear back from someone at uhaul.asap

Not much that can be done to improve at this location, very clean and Kim, the manager and her staff are all very supportive/helpful, all the time. I rent cargo vans from this location on a regular basis and lease out one of your 10 by 10 units as well. Always a pleasure to go there.
